689slop Frequently Asked
Questions

When you log in to 689slop, an OTP code is sent to your phone number. You can only log in after entering that OTP code, which adds an extra step and makes your account more secure. Keep your phone with you at all times and never share your OTP code with anyone — make it a habit, no matter how well you know the person.

The official website is https://689slop.vip only. Check the URL carefully — URLs that differ by even one character are fakes. The real 689slop website will show a 🔒 SSL padlock, and you should never enter personal information on any site you're unsure about. Bookmarking the site is the best way to stay safe.

The 689slop platform uses SSL encryption technology, so each player's personal and financial information cannot reach third parties. Server security is also checked regularly. You can read our privacy policy here.

Never give your OTP code to anyone — including anyone who claims to be a 689slop staff member. The real customer support team will never ask for your OTP code. Be cautious of anyone who does ask for it and report it immediately to [email protected].

Contact our customer support team right away via Live Chat — we are available 24/7. You can request a temporary account lock, and the account will be reopened once identity verification is complete. 689slop carries out KYC (Know Your Customer) checks to verify the account owner when withdrawals are made. This is to prevent fraud and account takeover, and to keep every player's funds secure. We go through this process to protect your account.

You usually need to verify your account for the first time when making a withdrawal. Verification may also be required for large deposit amounts or whenever our team decides it is necessary. Having your documents ready in advance makes the process faster and smoother.

For withdrawals, the name on your account must match the name on your KBZPay / Wave Money / AYA Pay account. If they do not match, ownership will need to be confirmed before the withdrawal is processed. That is why it is important to enter your name correctly when opening your account.

Rejection can happen due to blurry photos or mismatched documents. Contact our team via Live Chat to request an explanation, then resubmit with the correct documents. The customer support team will let you know exactly what is needed.

689slop has 5 VIP levels — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Bronze members receive up to 0.2% weekly cashback, Silver 0.5%, Gold 0.7%, Platinum 1.0% and Diamond up to 1.2%. As your play amount increases, you move up to higher VIP levels.

VIP players receive priority customer support in addition to cashback. Top-tier VIPs such as Diamond members can get a dedicated personal account manager from our team and are given priority access to special promotions. Players also frequently report that their withdrawals are processed faster.

Playing regularly and maintaining a good play history are the main factors for moving up VIP levels. You can check your current VIP level from your account dashboard, and you should keep playing regularly to maintain it. The team can check your VIP level for you at any time.

VIP cashback is paid out once a week based on your total valid bets. For example, at Platinum level you can receive up to 1.0% of your weekly bets. The week is calculated using MMT (UTC+6:30) time, and the cashback is added to your account after the weekly check. The support team can explain whether this cashback can be withdrawn without any wagering requirements.
